The Cooperative Model Town Society (1962) Ltd Lahore invites sealed bids under Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure for procurement and fixing of various construction and finishing materials for the Reception Building Ground and First Floor at Model Town Society Lahore. Items being procured: - Porcelain Tile - China Verona Marble - Brick Works - Stainless Steel (SS) Railing - PCC (1:2:4) - PCC (1:4:8) - Miscellaneous Items The detailed tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Civil Engineer Model Town Society during working hours upon submission of a written request. Any clarifications can also be sought from the same office during regular working hours. The scope includes supply and installation of high-quality tiles, marble, brick masonry, and stainless steel railings along with concrete works as per specified mix ratios for the reception building. Only contracting firms already enlisted with Model Town Society are eligible to participate. Bidders should ensure their bids are complete and submitted before the deadline. Late, ambiguous, or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The bids will be opened one hour after the submission deadline by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders who wish to attend.
