Hiring of Contractors for Renovation Work at BOP Branches Pak Pattan Road Sahiwal and Pine Avenue Branch Lahore

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the hiring of contractors for renovation work at two BOP branches located at Pak Pattan Road Branch Sahiwal and Pine Avenue Branch Lahore. Items being procured: - Renovation work at Pak Pattan Road Branch Sahiwal - Renovation work at Pine Avenue Branch Lahore The bids must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 20-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently at a date/time to be announced. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. The bid security @ 2% of the estimated cost must be paid and submitted through 1Link / Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on Punjab e-Procurement System. This tender notice is also uploaded on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP website (www.bop.com.pk), and Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
