Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid PEC License for the financial year 2026-27 and must submit bid security up to 5% of the estimated cost through digital online payment via Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft will not be accepted. Bids will be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System only.
