Municipal Committee Jaranwala invites e-bids from contractors, firms, manufacturers, and authorized dealers registered with PPRA and FBR for multiple annual contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers a wide range of works and supplies to support municipal operations in Jaranwala. Items being procured: - Providing & Fixing of Tentage, Canopy, Chairs, Sofa, Carpet etc. (Rental Basis) - Provision of Machinery including PO1, Operator etc. (Rental Basis) - Providing & Fixing of Temporary Lights - Providing & Fixing of Sound System & Generators - Providing & Fixing of Streamer including wooden frame, iron frame, simple flex, banner printing, sewing including rope/stick - Desilting of Sewer Lines of Different Dia with Winching Machine (Labour Rate) - Providing & Fixing of RCC / RPC / Iron Manhole Covers / Rings - Paint, Distemper, White Wash, Colour Washing, Weather Shield, Red Oxide Pigment, Lane Marking CR/TP Paint, Work and Cement Plaster - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Roads, Streets, Nallah, Drain, Patch Work, P.C.C, R.C.C, Brick Work, Kerb Stone, and PVC Pipe - Providing of Flags, Badges, Prizes, Sports Items, Fireworks Items, Sweets, and Food Items for Celebrations & Distributions - Purchase/Supply of Electric and Street Light Items - Supply of Plants and Grass, Different Types and Bhat Soil for Parks and Green Belts The scope includes rental and supply contracts for event infrastructure, machinery with operators, temporary lighting, sound and generator systems, decorative streamers, sewer maintenance, manhole cover installation, painting and plastering, road and drainage rehabilitation, celebration supplies, electrical and street lighting items, and landscaping materials for parks. All works are to be executed within the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Jaranwala. Bidders must be registered with PPRA and FBR, and should have relevant experience in municipal works and supply contracts. PEC registration in appropriate categories is recommended.
