Civil Works for Rehabilitation and Refurbishment of Existing Buildings at Regional Professional Development Centers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Human Capital Investment Project under the Elementary & Secondary Education Department invites bids for civil works involving the rehabilitation and refurbishment of existing buildings at Regional Professional Development Centers (RPDCs) across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must submit bids in English and provide a nonrefundable fee of PKR 3,000 to purchase the bidding documents. Bids must be delivered to the Project Director's office at House No. 1-2/A, 7-Park Avenue, University Town, Peshawar. Late bids will be rejected. Bid security amounts vary by lot, ranging from PKR 71,000 to PKR 270,000. Eligibility requires compliance with the World Bank procurement regulations and submission of all required documents including earnest money. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 18 September 2026 at 2:00 PM at the office of HCIP. Bids must be submitted by 02 October 2026 at 11:15 AM, with bid openings starting at 11:30 AM on the same day.
