Tender Description
The Board of Management Multan Industrial Estate invites sealed bids from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the category of C-6 and above with experience in similar works for the beautification of the road from UBL to Sui Gas Road in Multan. This contract requires contractors registered with PEC in category C6 or above and specialized codes CE01, CE9 & CE10 having experience of works accordingly.
Bidding will be conducted under the provision of PPRA Rules - 2014 using a single stage one envelope basis. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, the PIDEMC website www.pie.com.pk, and Punjab E-procurement Portal https://en.punjab.gov.pk/. Bidders are requested to register at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk for e-procurement.
Bidding documents must be submitted online through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) Portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk till 07 Oct 2026 by 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bid security amounting to Rs. 293,477/- must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Bids not accompanied by bid security or submitted in any other manner will be rejected. Incomplete, unsigned, or late bids will not be considered. Bidders blacklisted by PPRA or the Procuring Agency will be disqualified.
