Construction of Dispensaries, Roads, Community Centers and MCH Center in Diamer District Gilgit-Baltistan

The Office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division GB C&WD Diamer invites sealed bids from eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and code, duly updated, and having relevant experience under GB PPRA Rule 2022, Rule 39, using Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure for the following construction works in Diamer District, Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Construction of 03 Nos C Class Dispensary at Docho Diamer / Dubo Kote, Panyab Sub Division Tangir - Construction of 01 No C Class Dispensary at Docho Diamer - Construction of 01 No C Class Dispensary at Subo Kote - Construction of 01 No C Class Dispensary at Pahay - Construction of Link Road Vayak village Thore to two different locations in the remote & far-flung areas of Chilas - Metaling of road from KM# 0 Lumberdar Shakeer Rehmat House Ganer form - Shingle with metaling of roads in Chilas town (construction of shingle with metaling of roads in Decon Das Chilas) - Construction of BHU at Hachiy Khiner Diamer - Construction of remaining road infrastructure in Nat valley (remaining work) - Construction of 12 Nos Communities Center at HQ Chilas (Construction of 02 Nos Community Center at Farooq Abad Masjid & Gali Masjid Botogah) - Construction of 02 Nos Communities Center at Farooq Abad Masjid and Gali Masjid Botogah - Construction of 65 Nos Communities Center at Hachi, Chakhaki Durchay, Sami Dass, Nelobar Madras and Kashmiri net Khinner - Construction of 04 Nos Communities Center at Syed Ebad Cuss Madras, Shai Gujrat at Hutr, and Construction of Communities Center at Joi Bati Barogah Thore and Masjid Sher Barogah Thore - Construction of community center/Jananazgah at Tangir - Construction of Eidgah/Jananazgah at Lurk Tangir - Construction of Eidgah/Jananazgah at Dabuz Tangir - Construction of Eidgah/Jananazgah at Gali Pain Tangir - Construction of Eidgah/Jananazgah at Darkali Bala Tangir - Construction of MCH Center at GBLA-18 Diamer-W Tangir Khani Kote These works involve civil construction of dispensaries, link roads, metaling and shingle roads, community centers, and a maternal and child health center. The sites are located in various remote and far-flung areas of Diamer District including Chilas, Tangir, and surrounding villages. Bidders must be registered with PEC with relevant category and code, have updated registration valid till June 2027, and must provide earnest money as bid security. Other mandatory documents include CNIC, enlistment with procuring agency, affidavits regarding litigation and blacklisting, renewal receipt for FY 2026-27, and no litigation certificate from the Chief Engineer DAC. The bids will be opened on specified dates and times for each lot as per the schedule. The bid security must be in the form of Call Deposit from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Executive Engineer B&R Division GB C&WD Diamer. Late submissions will not be entertained.
