Annual Framework Agreement for Supply of Stationery Items for WASA Quetta

The Water and Sanitation Authority (WASA) Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of an annual framework agreement for the supply of stationery items for the fiscal years 2026-2027. This procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended till date). Eligible bidders must have two assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 300,000/- in the previous two years and a turnover of at least PKR 1,000,000/- in one subsequent previous year. Bidders must be present in the Active Tax Payer List and hold a valid sales tax certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Submission of required bid security is mandatory. Issuance of documents starts from the date of publication of this NIT on 25-08-2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for submission of bids is 25-08-2026 till 12:00 AM at the office of the Managing Director WASA. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Chairman Procurement Committee WASA. The submission address is Q-WASA Head Office, Western Bypass, Quetta.
