Installation of Street Light Poles with Lights and Tuff Tiles at Different Roads within City Area D.G. Khan

The Office of the District Council Dera Ghazi Khan invites eligible firms and contractors registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category to participate in the procurement of installation of street light poles with lights and tuff tiles at different roads within the city area of Dera Ghazi Khan. This tender is based on a single stage one envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Installation of street light poles with lights - Installation of tuff tiles at different roads within city area D.G. Khan The work will be carried out under the supervision of the District Council Dera Ghazi Khan through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders must submit their bids online by uploading PDF files on the Punjab E-Procurement portal before the deadline. The bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR from any scheduled bank. The contractors must produce the original CDR to the Chief Officer along with the letter head of the applicant firm on or before the closing time of the bid. The bid will be evaluated on the basis of the single stage one envelope bidding procedure through open competitive bidding. The completion period is as per work order. Performance guarantee of 10% will be required from the successful bidder within 03 days of the letter of acceptance. The bid documents must be signed and stamped by the authorized representative. Any bidder quoting a rate higher than the department's approved estimate must provide an undertaking to execute the work at the quoted rate without any additional financial claim.
