Prequalification for Rehabilitation and Construction Works at PAC Kamra

The Military Engineer Services (MES) office at PAC Kamra invites applications for prequalification of contractors for various rehabilitation and construction works under PPRA rules 13 (1) of 2004. This tender is specifically for works at different quarters and facilities within the Defence Area (D/A) and Technical Area (T/A) of ARF, MRF, AMF, and APF colonies in Kamra. Contractors must have relevant experience and PEC registration in categories A, B, C, or D, and must be on the approved MES list for similar works. FBR registration and earnest money requirements apply. Applications for tender documents must be submitted with complete credentials by 21 October 2026. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting experience and qualification criteria. Completed tenders must be received by 11:30 AM on 26 October 2026 and will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day. Contractors should provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments and no outstanding inspection reports. Tenderers are advised to inspect contract conditions and documents at the CMES (DP) PAC Kamra office during working hours. Presence at tender opening is allowed. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
