Tender Description
The District Council Faisalabad is inviting electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound, and tax-registered firms, contractors, and suppliers for Annual Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27. These contracts cover a wide range of development and maintenance works across Faisalabad, procured through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).
Items being procured:
- Development and maintenance works at various locations in Faisalabad including Dividers, Roads, Streets, and other civil infrastructure as detailed in the tender document with estimated costs ranging from PKR 3,000,000 to PKR 20,000,000 per item.
The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works such as road construction, repair, and maintenance, divider construction, and other related infrastructure improvements within Faisalabad city. The contracts require adherence to the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended).
Eligibility criteria include registration with the Punjab e-Procurement System, valid PEC category as per the nature of works, FBR registration, and relevant experience in similar projects. Bidders must submit a Bid Security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost or value electronically. Physical financial instruments like CDRs or Pay Orders are not accepted.
The bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-PS by 12 May 2024 at 11:30 AM. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad. Only electronic bids will be accepted; manual or hard-copy bids will be rejected.
