Annual Framework Contract of Non-Stationery (General Store) Items for FY 2026-27

Lahore High Court, Rawalpindi Bench invites e-bids under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 for an Annual Framework Contract of Non-Stationery (General Store) Items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The bids shall be submitted under the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. All rates should be inclusive of GST/PST and valid for 180 days from the date of tender opening. The bid security will be refunded after finalization of the tender. The successful bidder shall deposit a Performance Guarantee of 10% of the total estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order, refundable upon successful completion of contract obligations.
