Annual Full Subscription (E-License) and Support Services for SLES for SAP Application 2026-27

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the Annual Full Subscription (E-License) and Support Services for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) for SAP Application for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the provision of software licenses and comprehensive support services to ensure uninterrupted operation of SAP applications running on SLES. Items being procured: - Annual Subscription E-License for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 or above for SAP Applications (x86_64-Bit 2-Socket) for one year from 23-10-2026 to 22-10-2027 at PSO House, Karachi - Annual Support for SUSE Linux Enterprise for SAP Applications covering six servers including local support for four servers at PSO House Karachi and two servers at LMT Korangi - Annual Support for Disaster Recovery Site at PSO Kotlakpath Lahore with on-site local support by one IT engineer The scope includes provision of Novell Priority Support Subscription with 24×7 unlimited electronic and telephonic support, updates, fixes, and patches. Support services must be delivered both remotely and on-site as specified. The engineer assigned for DR site support must be an IT graduate with 1-2 years relevant experience. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be authorized Novell distributors in Pakistan for at least five years, demonstrate expertise with SLES deployments in SAP environments for at least three public or equivalent private companies, and have three certified SLES engineers. Valid certifications and distributor certificates must be submitted with the bid. Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes marked TECHNICAL BID and FINANCIAL BID. Payment terms vary by line item, with E-License payment after delivery and support payments on quarterly or monthly basis upon satisfactory service and invoice submission.
