Annual Maintenance and Original Works for Cantonment Board Sialkot

Cantonment Board Sialkot invites electronic bids through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS version 2.0) for Annual Maintenance and Original Works for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is based on the MES Schedule of Rates 2025 (amended up to date) on a percentage above/below or at par basis under Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004. Items being procured: - Re-Construction of Sabir Kamal Road from Qasim Road to Saeed Shaheed Road - Construction of Drain at Askari Colony-I - Installation of 02x Tubewells at Saddar Bazar, Sialkot Cantt - Supply / Fixing of LED Lights in Cantt Area - Uplifting of Family Park including 02x Paddle Courts, changing room, toilets, Manager Office, Store room and Coffee Shop at Aziz Shaheed Road, Sialkot Cantt - Annual Repair / Maintenance works of Cantt Fund Buildings - Annual Repair / Maintenance works of Cantt Fund Roads (P.C.C Roads / Premix Roads / Streets in various localities in Cantt Area) - Annual Repair / Maintenance works of Cantt fund Drains / Sewerage including repair of drains, culverts, manholes in different localities in Cantt Area - Annual Repair / Maintenance works of Cantt Fund Water Supply Network (PE PN-10 & GI Pipes, Tubewells etc) - Miscellaneous Public Improvement (Paving Stones, tuff tiles, foot path and allied works) - Maintenance of street lights Network The scope includes civil works such as road reconstruction, drainage and sewerage construction, water supply installation, LED lighting supply and fixing, park uplifting, and various repair and maintenance works across the cantonment area. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in relevant categories for the financial year 2026-27 and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must submit bids electronically via E-PADS v2.0 by 16th September 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Earnest money at 2% of the estimated cost is required, and scanned copies of CDR/Bid Security must be uploaded with the bid and submitted in original one day before the cutoff date. No cash or cheque payments for earnest money are allowed. The tender validity is for the financial year 2026-27. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The successful contractor will enter into an agreement within 7 days of acceptance and work will be subject to fund availability.
