Annual Maintenance and Repair Works for Financial Year 2026-27 at Abbottabad Cantonment Board

Cantonment Board Abbottabad invites electronic bids for Annual Maintenance and Repair (M&R) works for the financial year 2026-27 under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure as per Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004. The procurement is based on MES Schedule of Rates 2025 and is open to contractors/firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C6 & above and active Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) taxpayer status. Items being procured: - Building Works (Rs. 2.0 Million) - Road Works including PCC Street/Road and Asphalt Road (Rs. 9.0 Million) - Drainage Work (Rs. 2.0 Million) - Water Supply Works including GI Pipe and PE Pipe (Rs. 2.0 Million) - Miscellaneous Public Improvement Works (Rs. 40.0 Million) The scope covers annual maintenance and repair works across Abbottabad Cantonment, with project time limits as per individual work orders. Bidders must submit a 5% earnest money/bid security of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Cantonment Board Abbottabad. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by 26 October 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Eligibility requires PEC registration in category C6 or above, valid NTN, and renewal of enlistment for the year 2026-27.
