Annual Monthly Maintenance of FM 200 Fire Suppression System at SSGC Karachi

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi invites bids for the Annual Monthly Maintenance of FM 200 Fire Suppression System at its SCADA Data Center Karachi Terminal, Telecom Equipment Room Karachi Terminal, Telecom Equipment Room at Site Office near Shershah Karachi, and IT Server Room at Head Office. This tender is issued by the Services Department of SSGC Karachi and requires bidders to be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The scope includes monthly servicing of fire suppression systems to check integrity and condition of detectors, alarms, zones, FM-200 cylinders, and identification of discrepancies. The contract requires availability of a maintenance team within 4 hours for emergency fault rectification including normal days, gazette holidays, weekends, Sundays, and Eid holidays. Eligibility criteria include minimum 3 years of experience in FM 200 fire suppression system installation and maintenance with documentary evidence, active registration with SRB and sales tax, and compliance with all tender terms. The contract is for one year with possible extension for two more years. Payments will be made quarterly, and replacement of faulty devices will be invoiced separately. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS portal by 29th June 2026 at 1500 hours. The bid bond of Rs. 17,500 must be submitted physically before bid submission.
