Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites E-Bids for hiring services of Contractor/Firm/Company (LWMC approved) for sweeping of roads, footpaths, greenbelts and solid waste collection, lifting and disposal at the government approved landfill site (Lakhodair) for Quaid-E-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat Lahore. Items being procured: - Sweeping of Roads - Sweeping of Footpaths - Sweeping of Greenbelts - Solid Waste Collection - Lifting & Disposal at Govt. Approved Landfill Site (Lakhodair) The scope includes comprehensive cleaning and waste management services within the industrial estate premises, ensuring environmental hygiene and compliance with local regulations. The contractor must be LWMC approved and registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and PRA, with an active tax payer status. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA and PIEDMC websites. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by 1st October 2026 before 03:00 PM, with bid opening at 03:30 PM the same day. A bid security of Rs. 432,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order from The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is mandatory. Incomplete or late bids, or those without proper bid security, will be rejected. Firms blacklisted by PIEDMC or PPRA will be disqualified. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security is issued exclusively by The Bank of Punjab and submitted digitally on the e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification.
