Supply and Outsourcing Services for Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar FY-2026-29

Khyber Teaching Hospital Medical Teaching Institution Peshawar invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and reflected on the Active Tax Payer (ATL) list of FBR, as well as registered on EPADS. The tenders are for supply and outsourcing services for the fiscal year 2026-29 at Khyber Teaching Hospital, Peshawar. Items being procured: - Hospital Mess Outsourcing - Photocopying & Printing Shop Outsourcing - Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry (BERA) Equipment - Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirator The scope includes outsourcing of hospital mess and printing services along with supply of specialized medical equipment such as Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry and Ultrasonic Surgical Aspirator. Bidders must comply with hospital specifications and submit bids with required bid security in the form of CDR only. Pay Orders will not be accepted. Tender fee of PKR 2,000/- is mandatory and non-refundable. Bids must be submitted via EPADS by the closing date. Technical and financial bids will be opened as per schedule. Bidders should be registered with KPRA where applicable and must ensure all documents including original CDR and tender fee are submitted before the deadline at the Dairy & Dispatch Section MTI-KTH.
