Schindler Passenger Lifts installed at the State Life Building, Circular Road, Dera Ismail Khan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender reference P88354. Items being procured: - Operation, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, general servicing and emergency maintenance of two Schindler lifts - Monthly servicing including cleaning of control panels, gear machine units, adjustment of brakes, checking gear oil levels, inspection of traction ropes and safety devices - Daily inspection by a qualified Lift Mechanic - Provision of qualified staff: 1 Lift Mechanic/Supervisor and 2 Lift Operators - Maintenance of logbooks and service cards The scope includes ensuring safe, smooth, and uninterrupted lift operation from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday. The contractor must provide substitute staff during absences. Replacement parts cost will be borne by the employer, while labor and service costs are the contractor's responsibility. The contractor must comply with all safety and manufacturer guidelines and maintain proper documentation. Eligibility requires relevant technical qualifications and experience, including DAE for mechanics and matriculation for operators, with preference for experience on Schindler lifts. Bidders must be registered with FBR, PEC, and other relevant authorities and submit bid security of PKR 135,000 in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque.
