Annual Operation, Maintenance and Repair for Machinery and Civil Work of Completed Water Supply Schemes in PHE Dir Lower

The Public Health Engineering Division Dir Lower, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for annual operation, maintenance, and repair works of completed water supply schemes. Items being procured: - AM&R WSS in Sub Division Timergara Dir Lower (Machinery Work, Rs. 7.050 Million) - AM&R WSS in Sub Division Samarbagh Dir Lower (Machinery Work, Rs. 5.527 Million) - AM&R WSS in Sub Division Chakdara Dir Lower (Machinery Work, Rs. 4.422 Million) - AM&R WSS in Sub Division Timergara Dir Lower (Civil Work, Rs. 5.150 Million) - AM&R WSS in Sub Division Samarbagh Dir Lower (Civil Work, Rs. 4.054 Million) - AM&R WSS in Sub Division Chakdara Dir Lower (Civil Work, Rs. 3.396 Million) The scope includes prompt repairs and maintenance of water supply schemes encompassing electrical, mechanical, and civil works. Contractors must ensure a three-month warranty on all repairs and provide affidavits committing to prioritize public interests and prompt repairs without delay or financial constraints. The contractor must have valid PEC registration for the year 2026-27, renewal with the Provincial Enlistment Committee, and registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active taxpayer status. Electrical/mechanical contractors must have a registered workshop in Dir Lower with a valid electrical inspector’s certificate for 2026-27 and upload the original certificate with their bid. Bidding documents are available on the EPAD System (Kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Eligible bidders must submit bids online and send original earnest money/stamp duty as a call deposit to the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Dir Lower, via courier before 12:00 P.M. on 06-08-2025. The tender opening will be at 12:30 P.M. on the same day. Incomplete or non-responsive bids will be rejected. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per rules.
