All materials and plants must be well established and delivered with all leads and lifts to the site. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and PEC as applicable, and submit bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit as specified. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by **Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 11:30 AM**.
