Tender Description
Port Qasim Authority (PQA) Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Works under the Annual Repair Maintenance Contract for PQA Water Works. This procurement is planned for the Financial Year 2026-27 and will be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.

Bidders must submit bids in a Bid Security Section in the form of a Pay Order. All bids must be accompanied by the required security as specified in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPAS) at https://eproc.pqa.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/93745. Bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are required to participate in the bidding process.
The e-bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, November 12, 2026, 11:30 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bidders not registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register themselves at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. This contract involves maintenance works for water supply infrastructure at Port Qasim Authority, Karachi. Eligible bidders should have relevant experience and must comply with all regulatory and procurement guidelines issued by the Authority. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order is mandatory.
