Annual Repair and Maintenance Works for University of Peshawar Buildings and Equipment FY 2026-27

The University of Peshawar invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for various annual repair and maintenance works for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Academic, Administrative and Other Official Buildings covering all official buildings - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Residential Buildings (Category-I) covering House Types O, P, R, W, S, SA & SB (Approx. 113 houses) - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Residential Buildings (Category-II) covering House Types F-Type & J-Type (Approx. 113 houses) - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Residential Buildings (Category-III) covering House Types CA, CB, FA, FB, FC, FD, MM, MS, ICP and other similar residential buildings (Approx. 221 houses) - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Tube Wells, Transformers, Generator Sets/Lifts Electrical & Mechanical covering all tube wells, transformers, lifts and generators The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for academic, administrative, residential buildings, and essential mechanical and electrical equipment on campus. The rates will be quoted based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and actual site requirements. Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and reflected on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL). Valid PEC registration and EPADS registration are mandatory. A bid security of Rs. 100,000/- lump sum is required for each contract, payable to the Treasurer, University of Peshawar.
