Annual Repair & Maintenance and Renovation Works by Water and Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad

Water and Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad (WSSCA) under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids from reputed contractors registered with PEC in the applicable category. Bidders must have valid NTN and KPRA registration along with active filing status on ATL of FBR and KPRA. The procurement follows a single-stage-one-envelope method and Percentage Above/Below procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with KPPRA Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Water Distribution System - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Motor & Pumps - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Transformer & Voltage Stabilizers - Annual Repair & Maintenance of Civil Works - Renovation Work of WSSCA Head Office The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for water distribution infrastructure, motors, pumps, transformers, voltage stabilizers, and civil works. Additionally, renovation work is required for the WSSCA Head Office. The contracts for the first four items are Framework Agreements, while the renovation work is a Works Contract. Eligible contractors should be registered with PEC and comply with FBR and KPRA requirements. A 2% bid security is mandatory, and additional security may apply as per KPPRA regulations. The quoted rates must remain valid for three months from the bid closing date. Key dates include a Pre-Bid Meeting on 14th September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the WSSCA office. Completed bidding documents must be uploaded on EPADS at kp.eprocure.gov.pk by 11:30 AM on 17th September 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or their representatives.
