The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for a variety of repair, maintenance, renovation, and security-related works under the Corps of Military Engineer Services (Army) at GHQ Rawalpindi. Contractors must have relevant experience and meet the special conditions required for the job and area. Only contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and listed in MES approved categories 'B', 'C', or 'D' with proven experience should apply. Contractors not registered with PEC or lacking required experience will not be considered. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized and security-cleared contractors. Applications must be submitted to CMES (A) GHQ Rawalpindi along with complete credentials. The deadline for submission is 8 October 2026 by 1130 hrs, with opening at 1200 hrs the same day. Contractors may be present at the opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33 (i) of PPRA rules.
