Tender Description
The Military Lands & Cantonments Department through Walton Cantonment Board Lahore invites bids via the E-PADS portal for Annual Repair and Maintenance works under the MES Schedule of Rates 2025. These works cover a wide range of civil and electrical maintenance tasks in Walton Cantt, Lahore, including roads, water supply, sewerage pipelines, and miscellaneous public improvement works.

- Annual repair/maintenance of Cantt Fund Building, C.B. Office, Residential units in Ward No.1 to 10
- Annual repair/maintenance of metalled road, road cut in Ward No.2,3,4,5,6&7 (for plant JMF)
- Annual repair/maintenance of metalled road, road cut in Ward No.2,3,4,5,6&7 (for Manual Carpeting)
- Annual repair/maintenance of metalled road, road cut in Ward No.2,3,4,5&8&7 (for PCC)
- Annual repair/maintenance of metalled road, road cut in Ward No.1,8,9&10 (for plant JMF)
- Annual repair/maintenance of metalled road, cut in Ward No.1,8,9&10 (for Manual Carpeting)
- Annual repair/maintenance of metalled road, road cut in Ward No.1,8,9&10 (for PCC)

- Miscellaneous Public Improvement works (Civil Works) such as footpath, drain cum footpath, culverts, kerb stones, grills, tuff pavers, improvement of parks, rubbish enclosures etc. in Ward No.1 to 10
- Miscellaneous Public Improvement works (Electrical Works) such as Internal & External Electrical Works, Solar System, street lights, fountains etc. in Ward No.1 to 10
The scope includes comprehensive maintenance and repair of infrastructure assets in Walton Cantt Lahore. Contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and have a valid NTN. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is required as per the specified amounts against each work. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS 2.0 portal of PPRA. No hard copies will be accepted.
The deadline for bid submission is 14-09-2023 at 11:00 AM, with opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Bidders should ensure their documents are complete and comply with all terms to avoid rejection.
A practical tip for bidders: Carefully review the detailed bid security requirements and ensure the CDR is issued from a scheduled bank and clearly mentions the firm's name to avoid disqualification. Timely online submission is critical as no hard copies are accepted.
