Annual Repair and Maintenance Works of Roads, Water Supply, Sewerage Pipeline and Public Improvements in Walton Cantonment Board Lahore

Walton Cantonment Board Lahore is inviting bids through e-PADS for annual repair and maintenance works under MES Schedule of Rates 2025 (amended) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is open to contractors/firms registered with PEC in the relevant category and active taxpayers with FBR. Items being procured: - Annual repair/maintenance works of Cantt Fund Building, C.B. Office, Residential units in Ward No.1 to 10 - Annual repair/maintenance of metalled road, road cut in Ward No.2,3,4,5,6,7 (for plant JMF) - Annual repair/maintenance of metalled road, road cut in Ward No.2,3,4,5,6,7 (Manual Carpeting) - Annual repair/maintenance of metalled road, road cut in Ward No.2,3,4,5,6,7 (PCC) - Annual repair/maintenance of metalled road, road cut in Ward No.1,8,9&10 (for plant JMF) - Annual repair/maintenance of metalled road, road cut in Ward No.1,8,9&10 (for Manual Carpeting) - Annual repair/maintenance of metalled road, road cut in Ward No.1,8,9&10 (PCC) - Annual repair/maintenance works of sewerage pipeline in Ward No.2,3,4 & 5½ - Annual repair/maintenance works of sewerage pipeline in Ward No.1,8,9 & 10½ - Annual repair/maintenance works of sewerage pipeline in Ward No. 5½,6,7, & 10½ - Annual repair/maintenance works of water supply (PE pipeline) in Ward No.2,3,4,5,6 & 7 - Annual repair/maintenance works of water supply (GI / MS pipeline) in Ward No.2,3,4,5,6 & 7 - Annual repair/maintenance works of water supply (Tubewell bores / Reboring / pumps repair etc) in Ward No.2,3,4,5,6 & 7 - Annual repair/maintenance works of water supply (PE pipeline) in Ward No. 1,8,9&10 - Annual repair/maintenance works of water supply (GI / MS pipeline) in Ward No. 1,8,9&10 - Annual repair/maintenance works of water supply (Tubewell bores / Reboring / pumps repair etc), in Ward No. 1,8,9&10 - Misc. Public improvement works (Civil Works) such as footpath, drain cum footpath, culverts, kerb stones, grills, tuff pavers, improvement of parks, rubbish enclosures etc. in Ward No.1 to 10 - Misc. Public improvement works (Electrical Works) such as Internal & External Electrical Works, Solar System, street lights, fountains etc. in Ward No.1 to 10. The works cover a wide range of civil and electrical maintenance tasks across multiple wards in Walton Cantonment Lahore. Contractors must upload scanned copies of undertaking on judicial stamp paper, bid security in favor of Cantt Executive Officer, and documentary evidence of active bank credit line or financial statement for the last 3 years. Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS portal by 11:00 hrs on 14-09-2026 and will be opened electronically at 11:30 hrs the same day. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, NTN, and active taxpayer status. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to reject any bid or rates not in line with MES Schedule of Rates 2025. Work orders will be issued in phases and contractors must enter into prescribed agreements within 7 days of acceptance.
