Prequalification for Procurement and Supply of General Surgical Disposable Consumables for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore and Rawalpindi

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC) Lahore invites prequalification proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement system of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible applicants for the procurement and supply of general surgical disposable consumables for PKLI & RC Lahore and Rawalpindi under a framework contract. Items being procured: - General Surgical Disposable Consumables for PKLI & RC Lahore and Rawalpindi The procurement involves supplying high-quality disposable surgical consumables essential for medical procedures at PKLI & RC facilities in Lahore and Rawalpindi. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards suitable for healthcare use. Applicants are required to register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. The PQ Proposal must be submitted electronically on or before 17-11-2026 by 12:00 PM. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement system. Any proposal received through other means will not be considered. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 02-11-2026 at 2:30 PM in the Conference Room of the Supply Chain Department at Tower-A. In case the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including registration with FBR and Punjab e-Procurement system, and must be prepared to provide earnest money or bid security as per Punjab Procurement Rules 20214. This procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 20214 and PPRA Rules 2014 (Amended).
