Procurement of Cochlear Implants by Dow University of Health Sciences Karachi

Dow University of Health Sciences Karachi invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) from manufacturers or their authorized agents/distributors for the procurement of cochlear implants. This tender follows the SPP Rule-46(2) Single Stage-Two Envelopes Procedure ensuring transparency and competitiveness. Items being procured: - Cochlear Implants The procurement involves supply of high-quality cochlear implants suitable for medical use at DUHS facilities in Karachi. Bidders must be registered and appear on the List of Active Taxpayers of FBR/SRB for income tax and GST/SST as applicable. Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS; manual bids will not be entertained. Interested bidders should register on the EPAD System at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration for bid submission. The bids prepared as per instructions must reach the Procurement Directorate at Central Warehouse, Dow University of Health Sciences (Ojha Campus), Suparco Road, off Main University Road, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme No. 33, Karachi by 24th November 2026 at 1100 Hrs. The bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs. The tender fee is PKR 2,000/- (non-refundable) and bid security must be at least 2% of the estimated tender value amounting to PKR 290,000/-. This earnest money must accompany the bid. Bidders must ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including PEC category if applicable, valid FBR/ATL registration, and submission of required earnest money.
