Procurement and Application of Anti-Skid Paint for Gun Deck, Signal Deck and Bridge Top on PMSS NUSRAT

Pakistan Maritime Security Agency, headquartered in Karachi, invites sealed quotations for the procurement and application of anti-skid paint on the Gun Deck, Signal Deck, and Bridge Top of PMSS NUSRAT. This opportunity is open to eligible contractors and suppliers with relevant experience in marine coatings and surface treatment for naval or maritime vessels. Items being procured: - Procurement and application of anti-skid paint for Gun Deck (PMSS NUSRAT) - Procurement and application of anti-skid paint for Signal Deck (PMSS NUSRAT) - Procurement and application of anti-skid paint for Bridge Top (PMSS NUSRAT) The technical scope includes supply of high-quality anti-skid paint, surface preparation, and professional application as per maritime safety standards. The work is to be executed at the agency's Karachi facility. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and safety protocols outlined in the tender documents. Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar marine or naval projects will be an advantage. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required as per the tender terms. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Headquarters Pakistan Maritime Security Agency, Plot No. 34-A, Dockyard Road, Karachi, by 12 September 2026 at 1100 hours. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening of bids will take place the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives.
