The technical scope includes supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and end-user training at no extra cost. Bidders must be GST registered, have at least 5 years experience in similar projects, possess NTN and tax registration certificates, and maintain a head office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Earnest money of Rs. 993,855/- in the form of Pay Order/DD in favor of Bahria University Islamabad is required. Bids must be submitted on E-PADs only by 02 November 2026 at 1100 hrs at the Office of DD Procurement, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The bid validity period is 90 days. Payment terms include 90% payment within 30 days after delivery and acceptance, with 10% retention released after 3 months defect liability period. Warranty is 1 year with next business day replacement or backup equipment.
