The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. The FGEHA invites eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 to submit proposals for consultancy services regarding the Appointment of Transaction Advisor for the Proposed Joint Venture at Mouza Charahan, Angori Road, District Murree. Items being procured: - Appointment of Transaction Advisor for the Proposed Joint Venture at Mouza Charahan, Angori Road, District Murree The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, call at Deposit, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. Proposals must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Opening of proposals will be on the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified as per Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
