The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Islamabad invites eligible consultancy firms registered with Pakistan Council for Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) to submit proposals for consultancy services focused on the development and modification of various locations and projects within CDA Islamabad. Items being procured: - Consultancy Service for Development & Modification of Various Locations/Projects of CDA Islamabad This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules 2026 and related regulations.
