Consultancy Services for Designing and Preparation of BoQ's / Engineer Estimates & Detailed Technical Specifications for Construction of 2x Vertical Parking Plazas (B+G+5 Floors) at Creek Avenue Phase-VIII, DHA Karachi

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) Karachi invites sealed bids for hiring consultancy services for designing and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ), engineer estimates, and detailed technical specifications for the construction of two vertical parking plazas each comprising Basement + Ground + 5 Floors at Creek Avenue Phase-VIII, DHA Karachi. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for designing - Preparation of BoQ's - Engineer estimates - Detailed technical specifications - Construction of 2x vertical parking plazas (B+G+5 floors) The scope includes comprehensive engineering consultancy covering all technical aspects required for the successful design and documentation of the parking plazas. The project site is located at Creek Avenue Phase-VIII, DHA Karachi, and bidders must be registered with PEC/PCATP. Eligibility criteria require firms to be PEC/PCATP registered contractors or consultancy firms. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- must be paid via Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi. The RFP document can be obtained from the Additional Director (Contracts), Engineering Directorate, PDOHA Head Office starting from 23 October 2026 upon submission of a written request and payment. Sealed proposals (one original and one copy) must be delivered to the Engineering Directorate by 1430 hours on 12 November 2026. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. PDOHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the provision of rules and regulations. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical proposals in compliance with the RFP requirements and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Early procurement of the RFP document is recommended to allow adequate preparation time.
