Tender Description
The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) is procuring architectural face lifting and renovation works for its headquarters located at 565-A Model Town, Gujranwala. This tender invites contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under the CE-10 category for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The scope includes comprehensive civil works aimed at enhancing the building’s facade and internal renovation to improve functionality and aesthetics.
Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security amounting to Rs. 800,000, issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring the Executive Engineer (Civil), Civil Works Division, GEPCO Gujranwala. The original CDR must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer on or before the submission deadline. The successful bidder will also be required to provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price in the form of a CDR at contract signing.
