Tender Description
The District Council Mandi Bahauddin invites tenders from registered contractors on E-PADs and Pakistan Engineering Council for the development schemes under the Annual Development Program 2026-27. The procurement is specifically for the arrangement of the celebration of Independence Day 2026 in Mandi Bahauddin. Items being procured:

The scope of work includes all necessary arrangements and preparations for the Independence Day event, following the Financial Year 2026-27 MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 and local market rates. Contractors must upload their bids on the EPAD Dashboard by 01-08-2026 at 12:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives at the Hall of District Council, Mandi Bahauddin.
Eligibility requires registration with PEC in the relevant category and codes for the Financial Year 2026-27, along with FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money of Rs. 473,600 is required. Conditional tenders and forged documents will not be entertained. The selection method is least cost.
