Arrangements for Celebration of Annual Urs and Supply of Goods/Services for Various Shrines in Sindh

The Auqaf Department Government of Sindh invites bids electronically through EPADS and sealed bids for the procurement of goods, services, and supply arrangements related to the celebration of annual Urs at various shrines across Sindh, specifically in Hyderabad, Karachi, Kotri, Badin, Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, and Sujawal. The procurement is based on a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered companies on the Active Tax Payers List of FBR and GST/SRB, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a minimum of 5 purchase orders in the last 3-5 years. The average annual turnover should not be less than PKR 10 million. Bid security of 3% of the total bid value and a tender fee of PKR 2000 are mandatory. The tender documents are available on the SPPRA E-PADS portal and bids must be submitted electronically by 27th July 2026 at 12:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM at the Head Office of the Chief Administrator Auqaf Sindh, Hyderabad. Bidders should ensure all documents are complete, signed, and stamped. Conditional or late bids will be rejected. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the technical proposal and ensure the bid security is sealed in a separate envelope as per the instructions. This will avoid disqualification on technical grounds and improve chances of successful bid evaluation.
