Asphaltic Overlay on Taxiway Alpha, Bravo & Delta at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil and electrical works involving asphaltic overlay on taxiways Alpha, Bravo & Delta. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the airport's operational infrastructure in Lahore. Items being procured: - Civil cold milling (0-50 mm) of asphalt, 88,800 P.Sft - Providing and laying hot-mix bituminous concrete pavement, 967 tonnes - Dismantling of existing inset type lights, 32 jobs - Dismantling of existing elevated type lights, 35 jobs - Installation of inset type lights with 8" dia shallow base, 32 jobs - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of elevated type lights, 35 jobs The scope includes cold milling up to 2 inches, laying hot mix asphalt overlay with mechanical paver, and electrical/mechanical works including dismantling, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of airfield lights as per ICAO standards. The work will be executed at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, with a delivery schedule of 45 days. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in minimum C-6 category, FBR registration, ATL listing, and must submit an affidavit confirming firm ownership, no blacklisting, and no pending litigation. Bid security of PKR 450,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on August 27, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
