Tender Description
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed electronic bids from pre-qualified suppliers and manufacturers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply and commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS). This procurement is specifically for 25, 50, 100, 200, and 630 KVA distribution transformers installed on 10 Nos High AT&C Loss Feeders within LESCO jurisdiction in Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for 25 KVA Distribution Transformers (6 units)
- APMS for 50 KVA Distribution Transformers (39 units)
- APMS for 100 KVA Distribution Transformers (99 units)
- APMS for 200 KVA Distribution Transformers (190 units)
- APMS for 630 KVA Distribution Transformers (1 unit)

The technical scope includes full system installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance monitoring of distribution transformers. The project requires experienced firms with proven capability in electrical works and asset management systems. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant PEC categories if applicable. Financial bids will be evaluated on a competitive basis under LESCO’s local funds on FCS.
Bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, specifications, drawings, and submission procedures are available on E-PADS portal and LESCO website. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20.07.2026 at 14:00 hours in Room No. 312 at LESCO HQ, Lahore.
The deadline for bid submission is 30.07.2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day via E-PADS. Only bid bonds/guarantees in hard form must be submitted to the Chief Engineer (Material Management) at LESCO HQ, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your technical bid is fully compliant with the detailed specifications and submit the bid bond in hard copy before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Early submission through E-PADS is recommended to prevent last-minute technical issues.
