Tender Description
Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites bids for the procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC Specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026. This tender is specifically for MEPCO Regional Stores located in Multan, Punjab. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage, One Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004 (Amended to-date).
Items being procured:
- Asset Performance Management System (APMS) (823 Nos.)
The scope includes supply and installation of the APMS system meeting the detailed technical specifications outlined in the PPMC document referenced. The system is intended to enhance asset management and performance monitoring across MEPCO’s distribution network. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical and quality standards as per the specification.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0 and submit their bids electronically through the platform. Bid security in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of the Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan is mandatory. The bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and title before the E-BID submission deadline.
The tender opening will be held publicly at the office of Director (Procurement), MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan. The bid submission deadline and opening date is 28-07-2026 at 1100 Hrs and 1130 Hrs respectively. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS 2.0 and ensure all required documents including valid FBR/ATL registration and relevant experience are included. Timely registration on EPADS and adherence to submission guidelines is critical to avoid disqualification.
