Supply and Installation of 8,600 Asset Performance Management Systems on Distribution Transformers

The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites bids for the supply and installation of 8,600 Asset Performance Management Systems (APMS) on distribution transformers rated 200kVA (3,500 units) and 100kVA (5,100 units) within its jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Sindh. This procurement is part of the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) funded by the World Bank. The scope includes delivery, installation, and commissioning of APMS equipment to enhance transformer monitoring and efficiency. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar electrical equipment supply and installation is essential. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical specifications and submit earnest money in the form of Bid Security amounting to PKR 44,000,000 or USD 155,000. The bidding process follows a two-envelope system with separate technical and financial bids. Bids must be delivered by 11:00 AM on 2nd July 2026 to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development) PMU HESCO at Bungalow # A-1, HESCO Power Wing Colony Hussainabad, Hyderabad.
