All items must be of best and fine quality, neat and clean, and conform to the approved samples. The successful bidder must provide performance security of 5% of the contract value and ensure timely delivery as per purchase orders. The supplier is responsible for transportation, loading, unloading, and handling at their own cost and risk. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, Food Supplier registration by the Food Control Authority, minimum 3 years business experience, and submission of affidavits regarding litigation and blacklisting status. Bidders must have a functional business office or warehouse subject to physical verification. The bid submission deadline is **06 August 2026 at 15:00 hours** through the E-PAK acquisition and disposable system (EPADS) portal. Bids must include 2% earnest money of the total bid amount. The public opening of bids will be held on the same day at 15:30 hours at the Lecture Hall Law School SAAB RTC Hyderabad. Hand, fax, or email submissions will not be accepted.
