Tender Description
The University of Engineering and Technology Lahore Narowal Campus is seeking qualified ATM schedule banks to provide banking services by operating a bank branch at its Narowal Campus. This procurement is aimed at ensuring efficient financial services for the campus community, including students, faculty, and staff.
The scope of work involves the establishment and operation of a fully functional bank branch within the campus premises. Interested banks must demonstrate their capability to manage ATM services, handle daily banking transactions, and provide customer support tailored to the academic environment. The bank branch will serve as a critical financial hub, facilitating smooth monetary operations for the university.
Eligible bidders should be recognized schedule banks with valid registration and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Experience in managing bank branches in educational institutions or similar environments will be advantageous. The tender process requires submission of earnest money in the form of a CDR and adherence to the technical and financial bid submission guidelines as per the university’s procurement policy.
Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on Monday, 13th July 2024. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM in the Conference Hall adjacent to the Vice Chancellor Office by the Central Procurement Cell. Bidders are advised to download the bidding documents from the PPRA website after the advertisement publication and ensure timely submission.
