Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Purchase of Other Items (AO3970) - Framework Contract for Purchase of Sports items (AO3970-037) - Framework Contract for Purchase of Bed & Boxes (AO3970-040) - Framework Contract for Purchase of Tent & Tarpaulin items (AO3970-044) - Framework Contract for Repair of Police Vehicles Purchase of Tyres & Tubes, Batteries, Spare Parts, Filters, Lubricants etc. - Framework Contract for Purchase of Others Building (41330-Others Building) The procurement includes supply of police-related goods such as sports items, beds, boxes, tents, tarpaulins, vehicle repair parts including tyres, batteries, lubricants, and building materials for police infrastructure. The contract duration is until 30th June 2027, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bidders must submit Earnest Money / Pay Order as specified for each lot, with amounts ranging from Rs. 8,900 to Rs. 200,000. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-procurement portal by 06 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
