AUCTION: 40 Ton AC Units, Copper Pipe Scrap, Gypsum False Ceiling Disposal at Allied Hospital Faisalabad

Allied Hospital Faisalabad is conducting an open auction for the disposal of unserviceable assets and scrap materials located at the Medical Superintendent Office. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire valuable items and scrap on an 'as is where is' basis. The auction will be held at the hospital premises, and all participants must comply with the terms and conditions set by the hospital management. Items being auctioned: - Auction of 40 Ton A.C Indoor & Outdoor Units consisting of Compressors, Fan motors, Corridor side open duct, other associated power cables & Copper Basin (as is where is basis) (Total Auction Amount: Rs. 3,000,000, CDR: Rs. 1,500,000) - Auction for Copper Pipe scrap placed in Workshop (Rate per KG: Rs. 5500, CDR: Rs. 533,000) - Auction for disposal of the Gypsum false ceiling including dismantling cost bearing by successful bidder (Rate per Sqft: Rs. 200, CDR: Rs. 35,000) The technical scope includes the removal and transportation of the listed items from the hospital premises. Bidders must ensure they have the necessary resources and expertise to handle dismantling and shifting. All items are to be taken in their current condition, and no claims regarding quality or quantity will be entertained after the auction. Eligibility requires submission of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as earnest money for each lot, as specified above. Bidders must bring original CNIC and a pay order of Rs. 2,000 as non-refundable participation fee. The auction will be conducted on 15.09.2026 at 11:30 AM, with the last date for submission of documents being 14.09.2026 at 02:00 PM at the Medical Superintendent Office, Allied Hospital Faisalabad.
