AUCTION: Annual Lease Rights for Adda Fee Collection and Parking Stand, Mianwali 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Mianwali invites sealed bids for the annual lease rights of adda fee collection and parking stand contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 17-10-2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Mianwali. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the following contracts: Items being auctioned: - Adda Fee Collection (01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027), Reserve Price: Rs. 27,83,766, Earnest Money: Rs. 2,78,376 - Parking Stand (01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027), Reserve Price: Rs. 1,32,934, Earnest Money: Rs. 13,293 The contracts will be awarded for the period from 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and submit a CDR/pay order equivalent to 10% of the reserve price as earnest money. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately and the remaining amount in three equal installments. All participants must be registered taxpayers and not blacklisted by any government department. The auction will be conducted as per the Punjab Local Government Auction Rules 2016. In case of non-compliance or default, the earnest money will be forfeited. Bids must be submitted in person at the Municipal Committee Mianwali office before the auction time.
