AUCTION: Annual Lease Rights of Parking Sites and Cycle Stands for 2026-27, District Council Rawalpindi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District Council Rawalpindi is conducting an open auction for the annual lease rights of various parking sites and cycle stands for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 14-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the District Council office. Interested parties are invited to participate in the bidding process for the following sites: - Parking Stand No. 7 Committee Chowk (Reserve Price: 45,500 PKR, Security: 4,550 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 3 Committee Chowk (Reserve Price: 24,000 PKR, Security: 2,400 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 2 Committee Chowk (Reserve Price: 12,400 PKR, Security: 1,240 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 4 Committee Chowk (Reserve Price: 16,250 PKR, Security: 1,625 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 5 Committee Chowk (Reserve Price: 18,389 PKR, Security: 1,839 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 6 Committee Chowk (Reserve Price: 13,100 PKR, Security: 1,310 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 19 Liaquat Road (Reserve Price: 36,538 PKR, Security: 3,654 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 20 Liaquat Road (Reserve Price: 10,175 PKR, Security: 1,018 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 12 Liaquat Road (Reserve Price: 52,500 PKR, Security: 5,250 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 8 Liaquat Road (Reserve Price: 75,000 PKR, Security: 7,500 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 11 Liaquat Road (Reserve Price: 68,340 PKR, Security: 6,834 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 52 Liaquat Road (Reserve Price: 363,204 PKR, Security: 36,300 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 14 Liaquat Road (Reserve Price: 84,000 PKR, Security: 8,400 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 9 Liaquat Road (Reserve Price: 75,970 PKR, Security: 7,597 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 5 Liaquat Road (Reserve Price: 32,500 PKR, Security: 3,250 PKR) - Parking Stand No. 10 Liaquat Road (Reserve Price: 45,000 PKR, Security: 4,500 PKR) Each site has a specified reserve price and 10 percent earnest money requirement. The successful bidder must deposit 25 percent of the bid amount immediately, with the remaining amount payable as per the terms. The auction is open to all eligible parties, and the Right of First Refusal will be given as per Punjab Local Government Act 2018. Bidders must bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. For bidders, it is advisable to inspect the sites in advance and ensure all required documents and earnest money are ready before the auction date to avoid last-minute issues.
