This property is owned by COMSATS University and is being sold through an open bidding process via the e-procurement system EPADs. Items being auctioned: - Residency (House) at prime location in Abbottabad The property is situated in a strategic and accessible area within Abbottabad, making it a valuable asset for interested buyers. The sale is conducted under the authority of COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus, ensuring a transparent and regulated process. Eligibility criteria allow any citizen, firm, or corporate body of Pakistan to participate. Bidders must be registered with NADRA citizenship (CNIC/NICOP). Bids are to be submitted exclusively through the EPADs portal. A Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 500,000 in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus must accompany the bid submission. The original hard copy of the Pay Order/Demand Draft must be received in the CUI Purchase Office, Abbottabad. Prices should be quoted on a lump-sum basis. Government taxes and duties will be applicable as per law. Bidders are required to submit an undertaking on stamp paper confirming they will pay all applicable taxes. Any pending utility bills, if applicable, may be reviewed and adjusted by the bidders in the price accordingly. COMSATS University will not be liable for any outstanding utility bills.
