AUCTION: Adda Sabzi Mandi Bherain Annual Lease Rights 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Municipal Administration Bherain invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the annual lease rights of Adda Sabzi Mandi Bherain for the financial year 2026-27. The auction is being conducted through the E-Baldia/E-Auction system as per the directives of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The successful bidder will be granted the right to operate and collect fees at Adda Sabzi Mandi Bherain from 30 October 2026 to 30 October 2027. Items being auctioned: - Adda Sabzi Mandi Bherain (Annual lease rights for 2026-27) - Reserve price: Rs. 28050/- - Lease period: 30 October 2026 to 30 October 2027 The auction will be held online via the official portals (http://cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk and http://eauctionlcbkp.gov.pk). Interested bidders must register and submit their bids between 26 October 2026 (09:00 AM) and 28 October 2026 (04:00 PM). The highest bidder meeting all requirements will be awarded the lease, subject to approval by the competent authority. Earnest money and other relevant documents must be submitted as per the auction terms. Bidders must be registered with FBR and KPPRA, and must not be defaulters of any government dues. The successful bidder is required to deposit 15% of the bid amount within 48 hours of acceptance, with the remaining amount payable as per the schedule.
