Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Pehur, Haripur, invites interested parties to participate in the third E-Auction for lease rights of various lorry adda (bus stands) and parking sites for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction is being conducted through the E-Baldia online platform, ensuring transparency and compliance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government policies. The successful bidders will be granted rights for the specified period, with the lease commencing from 1st November 2026 and ending on 30th June 2027 for certain lots, while others are for a full year.
Items being auctioned:
- Lorry Adda (Bus Stand) Pehur (Reserve Bid: PKR 5000, Lease Period: 1 Nov 2026 to 30 Jun 2027)
- Lorry Adda (Bus Stand) Kote Mian (Reserve Bid: PKR 10000, Lease Period: Annual)
- Mandi Operation Pehur (Reserve Bid: PKR 8000, Lease Period: Annual)
- Sakin Board (Reserve Bid: PKR 20000, Lease Period: Annual)
The auction will be held online at www.eauction.lcbkp.gov.pk and www.E-Baldia/auction, with detailed instructions available on the portals. Interested bidders must register and submit earnest money as per the reserve bid for each lot. The schedule for the auction is as follows: display of lots and site visits from 19-10-2026 to 20-10-2026, and the final auction on 21-10-2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Bidders must ensure compliance with all terms, including submission of 5% earnest money, 15% advance payment, and 50% of the annual lease value as per TMA rules. Only those fulfilling the eligibility criteria and submitting the required documentation will be allowed to participate.
